This is a maintenance release that addresses several issues.

What’s New

In an HA failover, the package cache might not be properly invalidated when switching to a new active participant which results in packages being considered missing even though they were available.

The hard synchronization domain migration command repair.migrate_domain aborted when it detects in-flight submissions on the participant. It now checks for in-flight transactions to avoid this situation.

The domain topology manager may stall if the batch size was too large.

The rolling of intermediate namespace keys was not recorded properly in the topology transaction and it is now recorded properly.
